Titolo italiano: IL PRIMO BACIO A PARIGI
Ciao a tutti amici lettori e ben ritrovati sul mio blog per una nuova recensione. Oggi vi parlo di una delle mie prime letture in lingua inglese. Questo primo libro fa parte di una trilogia di libri che,però,vedono protagonisti diversi. Si tratta del genere YA: Young Adult in quanto vede protagonisti molto giovani che vanno a scuola. Il livello di inglese lo potrei definire MEDIO poichè volte mi sono imbattuta in parole "ricercate", ma soprattutto in lunghe descrizioni di ambienti che mi facevano perdere il filo del discorso e mi hanno fatto letterealmente "intrippare" il cervello :) . Ho dato a questo libro 3 stelline /5 in quanto si tratta di un libro romance molto carino, la storia d'amore è tenera e cresce nel tempo, passo dopo passo. Per farvi capire di cosa parlo vi lasio di seguito la TRAMA: Anna sta aspettando con ansia il suo ultimo anno di liceo ad Atlanta, dove ha un bel lavoro, una fedele migliore amica, e una cotta che è sul punto di diventare qualcosa di più. Proprio per questo non è affatto contenta di venire spedita in una prestigiosa scuola a Parigi,finché non incontra Etienne St.Clair: perfetto, parigino, e semplicemente irresistibile. L'unico problema è che è già occupato, e anche Anna potrebbe esserlo, considerando la sua quasi-relazione ad Atlanta.
Partiamo con il parlare dall'ambientazione. Assolutamente magnifica, contemporanea a noi giovani, non solo perchè parliamo di Parigi, ma anche per il luogo in cui tutto avviene ovvero: la scuola. So che questo libro è stato molto amato dalla community di lettori e posso dire che a me è piaciuto molto, ma non mi ha fatta entusiasmare. Ora vi spiegherò i motivi. La storia d'amore è molto bella, semplice , ma emozionante al tempo stesso. Ho trovato però, nel libro, un po' troppe descrizioni e momenti "simili tra loro" ad eccezione di alcuni colpi di scena che mi hanno fatto battere il cuore. Non ho trovato una grande evoluzione del carattere dei personaggi cosa che mi piace molto leggere nei libri.
Il linguaggio è globalmente semplice e scorrevole quindi una lettura leggera che consiglio a tutti gli amanti del romance e soprattutto degli YA.
Ovviamente ragazzi questo è solo il mio parere, non sto dicendo che non sia un bel libro e una bella storia perchè lo sono ! Ho solo trovato degli aspetti che non mi hanno fatta impazzire. La storia d'amore di per sè è MOLTO MOLTO bella soprattutto il personaggio di Etiènne . Diciamo che lui è la dolcezza fatta persona è quel tipo di amico che tutte vorremmo come supporto e quel fidanzato che vorremmo al nostro fianco.

Hello my reader friends and welcome back on my blog for a new review. Today I'm gonna talk about one of my first readings in English. This first book is part of a trilogy that follow different protagonists. This ione is a Young Adult as it sees very young protagonists who go to school. I gave this book 3 stars / 5 as it is a very nice romance book, the love story is tender and grows in time, step by step. To make you understand what I'm talking about, I'll leave you the PLOT: Anna is awaiting her last year of high school in Atlanta, where she has a good job, a faithful best friend, and a crush that is about to become something more . Precisely for this reason it is not at all happy to be sent to a prestigious school in Paris, until she meets Etienne St. Clair: perfect, Parisian, and simply irresistible. The only problem is that he is already busy, and even Anna could be, considering her near-relationship to Atlanta.
Let's start talkig about the setting. Absolutely magnificent, contemporary to us young people, not only because we speak of Paris, but also because of the place where everything happens: the school. I know that this book has been sooo loved by the community of readers and I can say that I really liked it, but it did not make me enthusiastic. Now I will explain the reasons why. The love story is very beautiful, simple, but exciting at the same time. However I found in the book too many descriptions and moments "similar to each other" with the exception of some twists that made my heart beat . I have not found a great evolution of the character that is something I really like reading in books.
The language is simple and flowing, so an easy reading that I recommend to all the lovers of romance and especially YA.
Obviously guys this is just my opinion, I'm not saying it's not a good book and a good story because IT IS ! I only found some aspects that did not make me crazy. The love story itself is VERY VERY beautiful especially the character of Etiènne. Let's say that he is the sweetness made person, he is that kind of friend that we all want as a support and that boyfriend we would like at our side.
